TIDE provides employment, training and work experience for Indigenous and non-Indigenous job seekers. TIDE is a community based non-profit organisation with extensive employment, work experience and training networks. Our courteous and responsive team have an excellent track record of successfully placing hundreds of Indigenous clients into employement and training.

TIDE is partnering with employers particularly those who wish to help to close the gap in Indigenous disadvantaged and who wish to explore opportunities to develop employment, training and work experience for job seekers.
TIDE will work with you, will screen match our clients, help employers with funding to develop Indigenous employment strategies and help with your business support traineeship, cadetships and apprenticeships.

TIDE staff know that finding a job can be difficult, particularly in the current economical climate. TIDE offers a free, friendly and less formal employment service environment. Our Indigenous and non Indigenous employment staff want to work with you to help you to try to achieve your best.
